Rules for Golf Carts at Godfrey’s Pond
- Owner must show proof of insurance
- There will be a $25.00 registration fee per year
- There will be a $100.00 electric fee per year for added use of electric to charge the golf
cart - Drivers must be 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license
- Golf carts are only allowed to be driven on public roads, parking lots and Campgrounds
at Godfrey’s Pond - Under no circumstances are the golf carts permitted to be on the trails, at the camp
store, bird pens, waterfront area or restricted areas - All posted speed limits must be obeyed at all times
- 4 wheelers are not allowed except by approved Pond personnel (ex. Security, Grounds,
etc) - The Board reserves the right to suspend or revoke golf cart privileges at any time due to
infractions of any rules set forth - Should you privileges be revoked fees paid to the pond are nonrefundable
- Normal safe driving practices are to be followed at all times
- Do not drink alcohol and then drive your golf cart, Zero tolerance policy
- These rules do not affect any board approved disability accommodations
