National Hunting & Fishing Days Fall Festival and Open House

In observance of our National Hunting & Fishing Days, the Fall Festival and Open House is being held in recognition of the sportsmen/women around the country and what our Charter is about as a Conservation Club at Godfrey’s Pond.

This two-day event (10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. each day) will host vendors, demonstrations, Civil War Artillery re-enactment, Basket Raffle, Classic Car Show, Kidz Zone activities, great food and more! Come and join us for this family-friendly event.

Vendors and Exhibitors enhance this special event. If you are interested in having a booth, please review the Vendor Letter and complete the Vendor Application Form below and mail in or drop off at the Main Office to the attention of Brenda Boss. Questions can be directed to Brenda Boss at 585-409-5679. Breakfast will be available for Vendors and Staff both days from 8:00-10:00 a.m. down at the Snack Shack.

Fun Walk with Scavenger Hunt!

Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

NEW! At our annual Hunting & Fishing Days Fall Festival and Open House event the weekend of September 21-22 (Open to the Public), we will have a Fun Walk and Scavenger Hunt event! During the walk on one of our trails, engage the kids to find various conservation related items that we have onsite such as a bat house, bird house, acorns, specific leaves, and more. At check-in, you will receive a trail map and a list of Scavenger Hunt items. This event is a 3K walk or approximately 1.84 miles. If you don’t want to walk, we appreciate any donations through the registration link below. Thank you for supporting this fundraiser at Godfrey’s Pond!

Fun Walk begins at Pratt Pavilion in the Hollow by Fish & Fowl area.

Check-In Time: 9:30 a.m.; Walk Start Time: 10:00 a.m.

Cost: $20 per family (2-6 registrants) or $10 per person
