In observance of our National Hunting & Fishing Days, the Fall Festival and Open House is being held in recognition of the sportsmen/women around the country and what our Charter is about as a Conservation Club at Godfrey’s Pond.
This two-day event (10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. each day) will host vendors, demonstrations, civil war enactment, raffles, great food and more! Come and join us for this family-friendly event.
Vendors and Exhibitors enhance this special event. If you are interested in having a booth, please complete the form below and mail in or drop off at the Main Office. Questions can be directed to Brenda Boss at 585-409-5679. Breakfast will be available for Vendors and Staff both days from 8:00-10:00 a.m. down at the Snack Shack.
For the Chinese Raffle, we are still looking for donations of gift baskets, gift cards/certificates or other. You may drop items off at our Clubhouse on Friday, September 16 from 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. or Saturday, September 17 beginning at 8:00 a.m. To make other drop-off arrangements, please contact Donna Bobzin at 585-750-3327.
