“NOTICE: Today, there is NO Lifeguard on duty. The pool deck is staffed with a responsible person to supervise the bathers. All bathers are required to read and sign a required notification, prior to using the pool. Please follow the directions of our staff and enjoy your visit to the Pond. POOL OPEN 10:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M.
POOL RULES: This is a private pool to be used and enjoyed by the members of Genesee County Fish & Game Protective Association, Inc. and their guests. Please observe the following rules:
All bathers must follow the directions of the Lifeguards or Responsible Persons stationed on the pool deck.
Pollution of the pool is prohibited. NO urinating, discharge of fecal matter, spitting and blowing nose in the pool.
No glass containers or alcoholic beverages allowed on the pool deck.
No pets allowed on the pool deck.
No food or drinks allowed in the pool.
No running or horseplay on the pool deck.
No roughhousing, aggressive splashing or unnecessary noise allowed.
All bathers must enter the water FEET FIRST.
No smoking in the pool house or on the pool deck. There is a designated smoking area outside the pool fence.
Proper swim attire required. No cutoffs.
NOTICE: Two or more adults, 18 years old or older, must be present at the pool when the bathing facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck. Children less than 16 years of age must at all times be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior while in the pool complex.
SHALLOW WATER less than 5 feet. No diving, always enter the water feet first. Report any emergency to the staff on the pool deck or store staff. They will summon certified personnel to handle the emergency. Free, Emergency Telephone located in the Store. Pool Occupancy = 46; Complex Occupancy = 170
